Privacy Policy

Tabeebak is a clinic booking platform being prepared for its first pilot in Lebanon. This policy explains what information we collect through this website — primarily the clinic interest form — how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not to be dense.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the Tabeebak marketing website and the interest form on it. It does not cover the separate Tabeebak clinic software or patient records held inside it, which are governed by the agreement with each participating clinic.

What we collect

When you submit the clinic interest form, we collect the details you provide:

• Clinic name — the clinic you're enquiring on behalf of.
• Contact person — the name of who we should speak with.
• Phone number — so we can contact you about the pilot.
• City — to understand where the clinic is based.
• Specialty and message — optional context you choose to share.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site, and we do not require you to create an account to browse it. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability; these are not used to profile you.

How we use it

We use the information from the interest form for one purpose: to review your request and contact you about getting your clinic onto Tabeebak. Internally, your submission becomes a Lead that a Tabeebak admin reviews and follows up on. We may keep brief notes of our contact with you so we can respond properly.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information to anyone.
• We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not use it to send unrelated marketing. We contact you about the Tabeebak pilot you asked about.

Who can see it

Access is limited to Tabeebak staff who need it to respond to your enquiry, and to the service providers who host our systems (for example, our cloud database and hosting provider) under confidentiality obligations. We ask those providers to protect your information and to use it only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep interest-form submissions for as long as needed to follow up and, if you join the pilot, to support that relationship. If a Lead does not go ahead, we remove or anonymise the details once they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you. To make any of these requests, use the contact details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored on access- controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you share with us.

Changes to this policy

As Tabeebak moves from pilot toward launch, this policy may be updated. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
